All standard orders are shipped either USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Service depending on package weight and size.
We also offer Expedited USPS Express service and UPS (Ground, 3 Day,. 2 Day, and Next Day) Services for additional fees calculated at the Checkout Page.

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50.
$3.95 + depending on weight, location, and service speed for orders under $50.
Expediated Services shipping cost vary depending on weight, package size, and destination location.

Tracking numbers can take up to 1-3 days to generate depending on the shipping carrier and order timing. If you still do not receiving your tracking, send us an email and we will follow up with the tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage and tracking details when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items unless the item was received damaged or wrong item was shipped.

We charge sales tax for items shipped to the state of California. Sorry Cali – we love our state but the law makes us do it since we are based in Los Angeles, CA. All other states are tax free at this time until local laws change and we must apply sales taxes.

Each one of our Animal hides are ethically sourced from different parts of the globe where animals are critical part of the cultural and economy.

European Leather Works team is very conscious of ensuring all of our products are responsibly farmed, are a by-product of the dairy and meat industry only, animals are treated well and allowed to graze on grass in the open air, and the tanning process minimizes environmental impact.

No, we do not store any of your credit card information ourselves. All payment information are managed by our credit card processing providers; Shopify Payments or Paypal.
