Shipping Information

Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally in the US (including HI, AK, any location serviced by USPS) and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Orders Processing takes 1-2 business days
• Shipping times vary from 2-10 days depending type of service and destination location.. Most orders typically arrive 2-5 days.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Any delays or services issues by the shipping carrier are out of out control but we will work with you to resolve any issues,.

Shipping Carrier:

• All standard orders are shipped either USPS First Class Package or USPS Priority Service depending on package weight and size. 
• We also offer Expedited USPS Express service and UPS (Ground, 3 Day,. 2 Day, and Next Day) Services for additional fees calculated at the Checkout Page. 

Shipping cost:

• Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50.
• $3.95 + depending on weight, location, and service speed for orders under $50.

• Expediated Services shipping cost vary depending on weight, package size, and destination location.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email help@elwshop.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage and tracking details when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items unless the item was received damaged or wrong item was shipped. 
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

If you have placed an order, you can check the status anytime by logging into our elwshop.com/account and logging in to your account. You can also email us anytime at help@elwshop.com. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
